Cons
There is a loss of vision going forward even 5 years from now. Failure on a part of management to build the next generation workforce for this facility (Teledyne Microwave Solutions, Mountain View, CA). At this rate, this facility cannot sustain itself 5-10 years down the line. Most of the workforce in the facility will retire within that timeframe.
