Pros
Good team and nice people to work with, some inspirational characters amongst them. holiday and pay are decent for the local area. Other reviewers have mentioned that they are low compared to London but comparatively with the rest of the County they would be considered high
Cons
I am very glad that I left shortly before Mr Attwood's departure and the subsequent changes to the leadership team... it was a generally happy ship prior to the changes in management. I hear it isn't quite such an even keel these days.
