Pros

Job security because of revolving door

Cons

Listen to the other reviews! I wish I had. This place has sucked the life out of me. I've never had a job be so detrimental to my mental health. You are very likely to be set up for failure from the start. No onboarding, no training, there isn't even adequate safety training. I was thrown into the fire completely alone, and it is overwhelming. Documentation is sparce and disorganized. They ask too much of one person. It's 100% true this place is being held together at the seams by a few long-tenured employees who are ready to retire. They are not prepared for that. Management is reactive, not proactive. I've had zero reviews or career development meetings since I've started, not that there is any opportunity for advancement. After begging for help, I'm still kept out of important meetings and pertinent information is regularly withheld from me. Overall, the communication from management is nonexistent. Even if you do get a chance to speak with them, you will likely not be heard. In addition, you'll never hear a "good job" or "thank you". The benefits are rather poor, and it feels like they don't care about employee's health or safety.
