Pros
The only pros that I can think of is the chef in the cafeteria, he actually cares about making the food taste good
Cons
So many, where to start... Leadership, keep hiring managers, but not people to do the actual work, I had 2-3 managers who want to get an update every day because they don't have anything else to do. They all talk the big talk but don't know what they are talking about and keep making a fool of themselves, this made morales so low because the team is fed up with micro management and no help at all. Just status calls all day long and they repeat the same thing and try to act like they are busy, just sad.. The 401k vesting schedule is BS, 5 YEARS, so don't even count that in your compensation unless you plan to put up with BS for 5 years plus. And it was not mentioned in the contract. The pay was so low for the area, I wanted to move there that's why I took the job and it was the biggest mistake of my life. I've been with different companies in my career and this place is worse than everything you can think of, lacking, backwards, cheap and on the way down. Please save yourself and find another company to work for, learn from my very expensive mistake.
