      Extensive training across many business areas, very well supported through mentoring and development reviews, individually tailored placements, very exciting technology to work with and brilliant people. Lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Not so well looked after once scheme ended. Frequent organisational disruptions and high pressure make it harder to focus on the positives of the job.
