Pros
Teleflex is employee friendly and works hard to "make it fun" as part of our culture. We also put the customer first with every decision we make as organization. With all of this, the organization continues to drive profitability and success financially.
Cons
As Teleflex grows, we have growing pains like any other organization. However, we continue to maintain our culture as we add new organizations "to the mix" and allow them to integrate into our organization.
