Good work-life balance, nice people, beneficial products.

Cons

Company with over 1000 employees and no HR or welfare. Management not putting any efforts in retaining employees or providing positive feedback or remursement to excellent employees. Very low salaries compared to Israel Hi-Tech comp' (specifically in the Tel Aviv area). Unless very close to the Executives there is little chance to get promoted for anything.
