It is great to hear when we are doing a great job creating an awesome workplace for our employees, but we welcome any and all constructive criticism as well. It is a fair comment about the work being tedious, and there are aspects that can be. That said, we are constantly working to ensure that the members of our team are working on the things they truly enjoy and find engaging. This is an ongoing effort, and we are making progress by leveling out the work that is owned by members of the team and engaging new opportunities, like our work focus on industry trends that are emerging and may align with the work that we do. TV shows and OTT programming are two examples. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly appreciate it.
