Management has no idea what they are doing Drivers are dispensible, don't get attached You will get blamed for everything Management wastes time with pointless meetings and doesn't give you time to get boots on the ground Expected to put a crazy amount of miles on your vehicle You're expected to buy EVERYTHING out of pocket and get reimbursed. Including equipment for trucks, fuel, meals for drivers, absolutely everything. 1/3 of my check sits in limbo because I have to use so much of it for supplies Work life balance is non existent. They make a big to-do about not calling you on days off but call me on every single day off and called me 2 dozen times since I stopped working there.
