The HQ in Amsterdam is a nice place to be (sufficient desks, meeting rooms, free lunch), but you don't have to be there as lots of people work remotely. A positive environment that tries to bring out the absolute best in each other. Plus, a yearly budget of half a month's salary for learning and development.
Cons
Impact beats perfection, which means that Temper might lack structure. The environment of the company is pretty dynamic. This requires flexibility and the ability to cope with change. This is by no means always easy and certainly not the easiest way.
