Pros

People here are driven and thrive on making informed decisions quickly then acting on those decisions. We have solid discussions and include the right people at the right times. We are at a stage where all good ideas and information are welcomed.

Cons

Location at the west end of Mercer is a bit of a slog to get to, and parking can be a hassle. We do a lot with a little bit of resources, but that can be a good thing too, particularly from the finance viewpoint.
