Pros

Flexible schedule and good working environment where everyone works happy with each other. Not bad tips which usually get 3-4$ per hour, varies in different location some gets 300 per week

Cons

Sometimes stressful when new promotion comes out, or with new management with hard to achieve request. multitasking is needed for the job
