Not the best place to work at - Server/Waiter Ten Ren's Tea Time Employee Review

Though the hours are flexible, they can be inconsistent depending on the season. One month I was working 6 shifts, the next I was barely working 2. On occasion, the shift manager would even tell me that I didn't need to come into work - an hour to even 30 minutes prior to my shift. That is very late notice for someone. The work environment was also very cliquey. Everyone already knew each other and gossiped among themselves. This may depend on which store you are working at though.
