Meh - Cashier/Barista Ten Ren's Tea Time Employee Review

Older employees gatekeep tip. Tip splitting system is bad and guarded by "tests" that the manager does not let employees take when they feel ready. Manager makes you clean a lot and clock out (early) if work is slow and/or you finish all your tasks. Hours cut left and right with 30 minute shift cuts in a 4 hour shift. Communication is not clear with all employees, only a select few. Manager also nags too much about anything and everything. Supervisor abuses supervisor powers. Overall not worth working here in my opinion.
