      Good benefit package, nice environment among employees and safety oriented attitude.

      Cons

      The company is very bureaucratic and has a close-minded management. HR is not a bit strategic and really bad at retaining high potential people.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
