Pros
big company with benefits and good performance management and compensation system. you have opportunity for growth they have employee training courses i would say that if you are doing your job very well you will definitely get promoted, but you have to try to over achieve and go beyond your responsibilities.
Cons
sometimes stressful situations, even if the performance reviews are good, it takes a while until you get a raise, something what I learned is to always ask and negotiate
