Pros
-Decent pay and good benefits. -Some really enjoyable people to work with -Challenging and fast paced work environment blossoms new skills.
Cons
Don’t believe all the positive reviews… most are from “global trainees” who start with the company fresh out of school and get brainwashed into thinking this is a good company to work for and working 55-60 hours a week is normal. -High stress and long hours. They act like they care about work/ life balance, but they don’t. -WAY too many meetings. No regard for meetings through lunch hours or after 5pm. -80% of management is from Argentina/ Mexico/ Uruguay. Non Spanish speakers are at an immediate disadvantage for advancement. -Long, frustrating, bureaucratic processes make it seem like it can be impossible to get work done.
