Pros

The pay is competitive compared to other companies in the industry.

Cons

Upper management needs training in professionalism. A lot of yelling and talking down. If you don’t speak Spanish, you will not be promoted and there are rarely any women leaders in the top positions. Work hours are long and expected. There are high turnover rates. HR marketing about mental health and work life balance is not practice due to the workaholic culture.

Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

Cons

Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
