      Pros

      Lack of resources and small department workforce will not get you laid off.

      Cons

      Expect to do atleast 5 or 6 person job. Company work environment is like a call center. Most leadership are Argentinian eventhough companies in the US are American made product.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
