      Friendly people. Great compensation and benefits. Each employee is a person who is heard. No limits on choosing field for development.

      Cons

      Depending on department, there could be a strong cultural bias (Argentine-Mexican-Italian working codes). Constant focus on cost control can feel excessive.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
