Hires outstanding individuals with strong experience in their respective domains. Great environment for young colleagues to learn quickly for 2 years and progress elsewhere. Base salary and overall benefits are high to attract talent, but remain almost flat afterwards.
Cons
Unspoken politics with leadership lacking the fundamentals of leading and developing teams. Toxic behavior on the ground where the buck gets passed over and over. Leaders are not present and rely on their “#2s” to champion culture and initiatives, but the #2s are unavailable due to their unrealistic and unattainable KPIs set, which contributes to high attribution every 1-2 years. Leadership lacks understanding of market trends beyond the United States, what clients need, how to price competitively across their professional fees, and inability to market the firm holistically as the ensuite CEO Advisory firm it sets out to be.
