Pros
-Good flexibility -feels like a good focus on culture (however not so much in my department), clear progression opportunities -till very flexible on hybrid working - mobility opportunities - good benefits / pension cont. - very autonomous
Cons
-All future bonuses subject to 12 months claw back (irrespective of where you might move onto) - strong focus on BD / Sector focus across all staff even when fully utilised on jobs, limited diversity -recruiting external hires at a much higher salary than existing employees which means existing employees on pay package much lower than if they went to a competitor
