Pros
Teneo has an exceptional client list. Many of the employees are very friendly.
Cons
Work life balance does not exist for junior roles. As others have said, expect investment banking hours for half the money. Really shocking how little junior people are paid for the hours they work. 6 AM starts and 12-14 hour days are common. Work on the weekends is expected.
