Cons
No real opportunities to learn or grow, No work-life balance, Junior staff is unappreciated & underpaid. The firm's strategy is to hire highly successful people from around the world and bring them into one organization. No plans on developing great talent from within or helping people succeed. 60+ hour work weeks with below-average compensation. Very passive-aggressive culture and poor internal communications. Talk is very cheap here.
