Pros

Work-life balance is better than at larger firms, though the average is still around 55–60 hours per week. Compensation is competitive. If you’re smart, motivated, and value corporate work—and don’t mind working hard (sometimes overly so)—you’ll likely do well here.

Cons

The leadership (MD/SMD) tends to have a more traditional mindset, while most of the junior team is Gen Z or Millennial. There isn’t always a strong effort from senior leadership to truly understand the junior perspective. The culture feels more like “How can we make Teneo better?” rather than a genuine “What do our employees value and care about?” If you don't mind that, then there are limited Cons.
