Pros

They Leave you alone for the most part and they don't interfere too much in your day-to-day operations.

Cons

Not committed to physicians, not committed to growth, not committed a state of the art technology unless it's highly profitable such a spine and neurological care. Punitive Restrictive covenant. Disconnected senior leadership. Run by a former MIT graduate who is a CFO who could care less about what a physician thinks because she is business savvy. She doesn't think a physician can be business savvy. Physician input is taken during changes such as IT or financial decisions. Difficult to read profit and loss statements forced to use their internal billing company, which essentially violates the law.
