Pros

Great pay, nice health insurance, nice location in downtown Dallas. The job is very easy.

Cons

Since the new CEO came things have changed drastically. Low morale, every week you find out that someone was laid off. Only 2 weeks time off and that includes PTO and sick time combined. Open office concept with no wfh. Security guards walk the floor and bullet proof glass have been installed. Employees look so miserable and seems like everyone is looking for a job elsewhere.
