Pros

Only good thing was the paycheck.

Cons

CEO started offshoring all inside jobs that had to do with accounting and purchasing due to Tenet being billions of dollars in debt. Any new software that came out we were to QA test it live with minimal (1 hr) training. Forced to train the overseas employees taking our jobs otherwise we would not get our severance package. Florida Service Center and Conifer laid off as jobs are going to the "GBC" in Manila. After four months of training, overseas employees are still making mistakes that we have to clean up. If you are looking into joining Tenet, do yourself a favor and look anywhere else. Many more cons to list...
