Pros

1 Temporarily work from home until further notice 2 Monthly employee engagement activities with prizes (usually gift certificates and bragging rights) 3 Good computer equipment (2 huge monitors and a cute version of cpu) 4 Salary is okay for pioneer people. Current salary offering is reduced compare to the pioneering offers 5 Unused PTO (SL/VL) are fully converted to cash at the end of the year 5 Free coffee in the pantry 6 Free Covid Supplies when you are in the office 7 Free Christmas Basket every December 8 So far, good and understanding US counterparts (or it depends)

Cons

1 THE MANAGEMENT - they only decide for what is better for them and not for the employees working in the production area. They tend to disappoint most of the time so you just need to absorb or better yet do not apply at all. 2 Prone to false promises 3 Only 20 days PTO (either you use it as SL or VL) versus 30 days (15 SL and VL) what other PH company can offer 4 Team Leads and Managers usually doesn't have anything to do with the operations. They just wait until the analyst and the senior analyst finish their job so that they can just simply report it. Most of the TLs and Managers doesn't know how the processes works as they just depend on how good their staffs are 5 Too much administrative task that doesn't have any connection to your job 6 HIGH ATTRITION RATE 7 WORK OVERLOAD/UNEVEN DISTRIBUTION OF TASK 8 Trainings are mostly soft skills that are repetitive. You might be approved for a certification training but not a guarantee 9 Early cost cutting for a company that started 2 years ago 10 KPIs are generic and not job specific 11 HR is not that useful when it comes to employee concerns
