Pros

- Awesome workmates - Provision for WFH equipment - Free coffee - Nice pantry - Great location for the office (pre-pandemic)

Cons

- Toxic Marketing Management - Everything is all about the numbers rather than looking at the quality of work done - Expected to do work not related to the work stream and instills pressure to get it done - Micromanaging when it's not needed. Leads don't seem to understand what the work stream does and how they do it so focuses on the "numbers" and KPIs and the quantity of work rather than the quality -Forced to go back to the office and to set a "good example" for the rest of the employees of Tenet even though the department does not exactly need to be in the office - Always used as test dummies to try return-to-work tactics - Expected to help out other work streams despite being busy with own work stream - There are months when there are not a lot of tickets they ALWAYS questions this as though the work stream controls the inflow of tickets that come in
