Time off is flexible, and most of the work is done remotely. Depending on the team you work for, personal growth is available for you. Promotions are handed out where deserved. There is a merit pay increase each year.
Cons
It's a very fast paced environment, and if you perform below a certain level of performance, you're going to be let go. Many folks put in way over 40 hours in order to get the job done.
