Cons
Too many things, honestly. The lack of transparency and communication between teammates or certain teams. Some management being underqualified, out of depth, and/or unaware of the current global standard/ trend. If you're lucky, they would impose their outdated practices to you. We always end up intervening with the hiring process for our own team members because Corporate TA lacked the skill in attracting the talents we need. Their Marketing Management also had the worst reputation in Glassdoor which could have contributed to our previous struggles. It's also true what some of the reviews here say that micromanagement run rampant here. It's a circus out there and not the kind Cirque du Soleil produces.
