      Excellent benefits package, flexible work schedule, staff who care about the services we provide. Everyday is a new adventure with the great working team I have now.

      Cons

      The salary offered by the state makes it difficult to attract the best staff. The state needs to invest more into keeping services open instead of reducing services to save a few dollars.

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
