      Flexible schedule, benefits are really good. Has all of the benefits that government jobs usually come with. Starting pay is ok.

      Cons

      The lack of advancement is a major concern. The location is also not ideal and the traffic is horrible in Nashville.

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
