      Pros

      Depending on your area, you will have room for growth, but you will eventually bump your head. The good thing is you can move around to different departments to gain more knowledge.

      Cons

      Lack of formal training. I understand hands on is a good method but without a solid foundation you will always feel you are walking on quicksand.

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
