Pros

Excellent sick/annual leave and paid holidays. Not allowed to work more than 37.5 hours per week (no forced OT or long hours). Laid back environment.

Cons

Little room for advancement if you don't work in the Nashville area. If you are a hard worker you tend to get "scolded" by the seasoned employees that tell you that you need to work at a slower pace because you make others look lazy.
