      Pros

      Good work environment with nice people and a decent starting salary. You work downtown close to good restaurants and plenty of entertainment.

      Cons

      It can be fairly boring on a day to day basis. When not in session you practically sit there and surf the web, but at least you are getting paid so it is not that bad

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
