      It would be nice to be treated fairly. It would also benefit a state to be cohesive...many times a left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
