      Good benefits and somewhat flexible time off. Lots of PTO but salary stinks

      Salary and professional development are horrible. The institutional knowledge of hire up is totally missing. People stay forever but don’t care about truly serving the citizens of TN

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
