      The people I worked with were great and if you can get on full time they have good benefits.

      Cons

      I was hired on as part-time and no benefits, had I been able to get on full-time I would still be there.

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
