      7.5 M-F work week Great Benefits Some friendly employees

      Cons

      Older Management don't care and act like the "walking dead" Minimal room for advancement. State mandated pay raises - about 1% - 2% annually Supervisors/NASHVILLE will protect there own behinds before an employee Lots AND LOTS of ppwk and outdated computer systems. I had to turn in 3 - 4 "time-sheets" all asking for same info but in different ways.

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
