      Flexible hours; pretty good benefits; great group of co-workers

      The pay is not comparable to what you would make in the private sector. The new office space is too small. There is not a lot of room for career advancement.

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
