      Very laid back, good pay for work required.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for advancement if any at all. You make more than management and the director isn't going anywhere...I suggest you study constantly, don't get too comfortable.

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
