Pros

You cannot get fired. Sometimes your office throws parties.

Cons

The state of TN pays you $15 an hour…for a job that requires a college degree (you’re not allowed to work more than 37.5hrs a week). They pay you so little in hopes that you will leave the job before you put in five years…because if you do not put in five years….the money you put into your “pension” (that is mandatory BTW) you cannot receive it. So, if you leave…which you will, they get to keep the free money. They keep horrible employees that do not do their job *so you and others end up picking up their slack* instead of correcting the employee they just turn blind eyes because it’s easier…due to the fact that you cannot get fired. Bill Lee did not allow raises for 2020 due to the pandemic but did divert funding to create a “department for prayer”. Workers have still not gotten their yearly raises. The medical is minimum at best. Kingsport office has cockroaches and broken plumbing.
