Pros
Good insurance policies. All holidays off. Stress-free work environment. Great time off: receive one annual day off and one sick day off each month.
Cons
No room for advancement. Below average pay. No ability to control lazy, poor work performance from employees. Once an employee has passed their probationary period, management can do nothing to them. All work is very slow moving because everything that has to be approved must go through 100 different management levels. Gossip is at an all time high here due to the fact there is no control by management and salaries of employees are posted on the Internet because of the "transparent Tennessee" rule.
