Training is nonexistent, job duties and expectations are not clearly defined. current employees and overworked and too territorial to ease their workload or they barely have anything to do. Environment tends to be unprofessional and petty. There is a 'get in where you fit in' , 'sink or swim mentality' . Employees are not too keen on showing you the ropes, you will have to figure things out on your own.
