      Pros

      Benefits are better than other employers. They don’t fire anybody.

      Cons

      They don’t fire anybody. Can only work from home 3 days a week because someone up the ladder likes to micromanage. Your at the whim of state legislature regarding pay raise. Haven’t had a bonus in a while. Red tape everywhere.

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
