      Cool government Job , No tensions.People are very helping and friendly. Overall great place to work and start a career

      State jobs are slow paced. Salaries are very low when compared to other companies and definitely not a fast paced environment.

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
