      None that I can think of, they overworked employees for very little pay

      Cons

      Not a stable environment, departments change completely every couple of years and management in Nashville are disconnected

      Good work-life balance, great pay, excellent leadership and great people. TN State Government invests in employee development much more than any other company I have worked for.

      Sometimes things move slowly due to red-tape.

      8-4:30 M-F schedule Easy to take time off Front load PTO to make managing time off easier Hybrid work schedule

      Cons

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
