      Pros

      Work hours and retirement are the only things they have to offer

      Cons

      There's no job stability. You can be fired for any reason but then they will lie when they have to put something down. Ex: Didn't follow directions. It's so political. I know 4 others who were fired from my department with the same vague answer. What on earth?! Terrible, toxic place to work.

      - Minimal accountability - Pay is well below national average - Pay for Performance standards are near impossible to “exceed expectations” - Double standards is the standard - Promotions are slow, so don’t expect to move up fast
